As a Senior User Experience Designer at Pella, I am responsible for:
UX Design & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions and communicate ideas effectively with stakeholders.
User Research & Analysis:
Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and surveys to identify pain points and refine user flows, ensuring designs are based on real user feedback.
Design Systems & UI Guidelines:
Develop and maintain a scalable design system, reusable components, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products and streamline collaboration with development teams.
